TAILAM INTRODUCES TWO NEW PRODUCTS

Tailam Tech Construction Holdings Limited is pleased to introduce two new products to its construction materials portfolio — Pervious Concrete and Prestressed Solid Square Piles.

The introduction of the two products reflects Tailam’s continued commitment to expanding its construction material solutions and responding to the evolving requirements of urban development, infrastructure and civil engineering projects.

Pervious Concrete

Pervious Concrete features a porous structure designed to allow rainwater to pass through the pavement surface and infiltrate into the ground. With a porosity of approximately 15–22%, the product supports rainwater infiltration and groundwater replenishment while providing load-bearing performance suitable for urban road and paving applications.

Its porous structure can also help reduce heat accumulation and environmental noise. Together with flexible colour and design options, Pervious Concrete provides a practical solution that integrates functionality, environmental benefits and urban landscape design.

Prestressed Solid Square Piles

Prestressed Solid Square Piles are designed for civil and building foundation applications and combine stable quality, construction efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The piles are suitable for a range of ground conditions including fill, silt, clay and silty soil. Key features include steam-curing production, mechanical pile connections without end plates and sleeve-type reinforcement connections, helping facilitate efficient foundation construction.

The launch of these new products further broadens Tailam’s building material portfolio alongside its established PHC piles and commercial concrete products. Tailam will continue to strengthen its product offering, manufacturing capabilities and sustainable construction solutions to support infrastructure and urban development.
